Lulu's has a few but important rules:

1. Lulu's is open to self-identified women and transfolk who enjoy and respect women's sex and BDSM space.
2. We don't have a lot of room so we are now requiring an RSVP if you plan to attend so we that can do a better job of planning for the party.
3. Lulu's will start at 8:00PM and end at 1:00AM. We will be locking the front door at 10:00PM so we can go downstairs and play!
4. This is our home…not a club. Please don't show up with someone we don't know without talking to us first. Guests should be cleared no later than the Wednesday before the party.
5. Lulu's costs money to host. We buy plates, silverware, cups, napkins, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwashing soap, water, heat, lube, condoms, electricity, etc. We ask that you please
   bring something to eat and/or drink that can be shared and to please contribute a few dollars each party toward supplies.
6. Please don't bring drugs or alcohol to Lulu's. Please choose not to join us if you're fucked up on either of them…or both of them.
7. We love being hosts but we don't like cleaning up after everyone. Please help out by putting your garbage in the garbage can and recycling in the recycling bin. If something gets spilled, please clean it up. Please take your dishes to the kitchen instead of leaving them around the house. Please do not bring any food or drink to the basement except water.
8. Our home is old and easily damaged, but we love it. Please treat it with care.
9. Please only use the rooms that are open. Rooms that are off-limits will be marked with a sign or the door will be shut.
10. We live in a neighborhood with great public transportation and lousy parking options. Please try to carpool if possible or plan on parking a short distance away. Free parking is available 1½ blocks from the party location.
11. We live in a very crowded neighborhood so please don't hang out on the front porch. You can hang out (and smoke) on the back porch. Since the neighbors' houses are close, please keep the conversation volume down.
12. Due to size limitations, we ask that only one person be in the bathroom at a time. Please don't put anything on the bathroom sink (i.e., drinks). It has been newly refinished and will stain very easily.
